VISA FACILITATION
SEHDA, Mauritius will issue recommendation letters.
SALES REGULATION
Participants will be allowed to sell their machinery / products at end of the Fair. No custom duty will be applicable. However, a value added tax of 15% is payable.

SELECTION OF COMPANIES
A participation request form is attached. Interested companies shall fill-in the form and submit to SMEDA along with their company profiles , not later then July 31st 2008. SMEDA will forward applications to Mauritius Authorities for final approval.
TRANSPORTATION OF MACHINERY
Exhibitors can transport small machinery prototypes/items at their own, whereas pictorial demonstration can be made for heavy machinery.
